The Project
Nestled in the heart of Raleigh, Solis Hills is a collection of luxury apartment homes that offer a tranquil escape from urban
hustle and bustle.
The thoughtful design highlights clean lines, warm wood hues, and a touch of contemporary sophistication. Each space flows
seamlessly into one another with pristine attention to detail (like the stair treads matching the tiles!)
Specialty Tile representative, Summer Duerr, worked with JDavis for architecture and design, and Samet Corporation for general contracting. Installation by Malibu floors.
The Products
The tiles used in this project blend effortlessly with the other finishes in this space to bridge from warm to cool tones. The two
main features are a Celosia breeze block wall from Italian boutique vendor, Mutina, and oversized Seamless porcelain
panels in color Calacatta black.
The floors feature our clean and contemporary wood-look line, Nid, which is characterized by the absences of knots, and Reverso, a
transitional vein cut travertine look. Both are porcelain products for maximum performance without compromising looks and style.
